Wet Noodle Roll with BBQ Pork  


  • BBQ Pork 150gr
  • Pickle carrot 50gr (carrot ,white radishes 100gr marinade with 1tbsp sugar , pinch of salt and 1tbsp kumquats/lemon/vinagar  )
  • Fancy Julienne cucumber 5gr
  • Mints 16leaves
  • Bean Sprout 20pcs
  • Vietnamese Basil 16 leaves
  • Wet Noodle 150gr
  • Minced Garlic 1/2tsp
  • Minced Chilli 1/2tsp
  • Lettuce (Chiffonnade) 20gr
  • Garlic Chive: 8 Leaves
  • Fish sauce  1tbsp
  • Kumquats  Sauce 1tbsp
  • Sugar 1tbsp
  • Chilli 1/2tsp
  • Garlic 1/2tsp
  • Water 1tbsp


+ fish sauce dipping  

Add 1tbsp fish sauce  into the Bowl with 1 tbsp sugar and 1tbsp kumquats and 1tbsp water  .Mixed Well

Add ½ tsp Garlic and ½ tsp Chilli in and mixed well

BBQ Pork  /bbq chicken /tofu

Ingredients :

  • Lemongrass minced 1tbsp
  • Ginger Minced 1tbsp
  • Sugar 1tsp
  • Fish sauce 1tsp
  • Oyster sauce 1tsp 
  • Black Pepper 1tsp
  • Chilli or Chilli sauce 1tsp
  • Garlic Minced 1tsp
  • Clean Pork 200gr /chicken /tofu 200gr
  • Five Spicy Powder 1 pinch
  • Oil 1tbsp

Method : Mixed well all ingredients together then add 1 tbsp oil in the Last Minutes .Rest 15 minutes

BBQ On The Char- Coal until the Color Golden Brown


  • Cut wet noodle  into small pieces then place on the side of the plate ,add pickle , fancy cumber , lettuce , beansprout ,mints ,bbq pork on the another side of plate . Garnish with peanut, sesame, fried shallot and enjoyed with fish sauce dipping or soy sauce dipping
