Stir Fry Water Spinach with chao sauce ( fermented tofu )
Ingredients :
- Water Spinach 1 Bunch
- Garlic Minced 1tbsp
- Soysauce 2tsp
- Sugar 2tsp
- Muhsroom powder 1tssp (Salt 1/2tsp ,Sugar 1/2tsp ,Black Pepper 1pinch )
- Pickle tofu ( chao ) 1tbsp
- Oil 1tbsp
Method:
- Blanched water spinach in Boiling water in 2 minutes
- In another wok. Saute garlic until Nice Colour then add water spinach and all the sauce into the wok .Stir well in another 1 minutes . (add a little Bit water if you Need )
- Serve hot with jasmine rice
