Rice pancake rolled with mango serve with Coconut Milk

Ingredients

  • Mango thin sliced 100gr
  • Coconut Milk 400ml
  • Rice flour  200gr
  • Turmeric 1/4tsp
  • Sugar 1tbsp
  • Vanilla 1 pinch
  • Salt 1 Pinch
  • Peanut 2tsp
  • Sesame 2tsp

Method:

  • Mixed well all ingredients and Place it on Non Stick
  • Then add slice mango, half coconut milk below and some peanut sesame on middle of rice pancake then rolled it 
  • Slice it into small pieces Serve hot with coconut Milk and some peanut sesame

Coconut Milk

Coconut Milk 100ml add 1tbsp sugar, 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of vanilla with 1tsp of tapioca. Bring it to boiling until the sauce thickened
