Wet Noodle Roll with BBQ Pork
Ingredients:
- BBQ Pork 150gr
- Pickle carrot 50gr (carrot ,white radishes 100gr marinade with 1tbsp sugar , pinch of salt and 1tbsp kumquats/lemon/vinagar )
- Fancy Julienne cucumber 5gr
- Mints 16leaves
- Bean Sprout 20pcs
- Vietnamese Basil 16 leaves
- Wet Noodle 150gr
- Minced Garlic 1/2tsp
- Minced Chilli 1/2tsp
- Lettuce (Chiffonnade) 20gr
- Garlic Chive: 8 Leaves
- Fish sauce 1tbsp
- Kumquats Sauce 1tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Chilli 1/2tsp
- Garlic 1/2tsp
- Water 1tbsp
Method:
+ fish sauce dipping
Add 1tbsp fish sauce into the Bowl with 1 tbsp sugar and 1tbsp kumquats and 1tbsp water .Mixed Well
Add ½ tsp Garlic and ½ tsp Chilli in and mixed well
BBQ Pork /bbq chicken /tofu
Ingredients :
- Lemongrass minced 1tbsp
- Ginger Minced 1tbsp
- Sugar 1tsp
- Fish sauce 1tsp
- Oyster sauce 1tsp
- Black Pepper 1tsp
- Chilli or Chilli sauce 1tsp
- Garlic Minced 1tsp
- Clean Pork 200gr /chicken /tofu 200gr
- Five Spicy Powder 1 pinch
- Oil 1tbsp
Method : Mixed well all ingredients together then add 1 tbsp oil in the Last Minutes .Rest 15 minutes
BBQ On The Char- Coal until the Color Golden Brown
Serving
- Cut wet noodle into small pieces then place on the side of the plate ,add pickle , fancy cumber , lettuce , beansprout ,mints ,bbq pork on the another side of plate . Garnish with peanut, sesame, fried shallot and enjoyed with fish sauce dipping or soy sauce dipping
