Halal Cooking Class

Halal cooking class is special class design for Muslim people who want to Learn Vietnamese Halal Cuisine with Master Chefs who will give you great introduction How to make healthy food in science Ways. We provide Non Vegan option and vegetarian and Vegan option as well

We grow All vegetables, mushroom, Fish, Prawn, chicken etc.. And all the sauce we made by ourselves Such as Oyster Mushroom sauce , fish sauce ,Soy sauce ,Mushroom powder ,chili sauce , spicy powders  etc… in Halal and Organic ways will give you  have a great chance to enjoyed super healthy food by your labor

The program will start By Visiting organic farm where you will learn different nutrition from different vegetables, Mushroom, fruits  and how to use it for cooking  and medicine as well as you can get a hands on to collect all your  vegetables , mushroom and  fruits from organic farm to get great feeling to be Vietnamese Farmer with traditional Vietnamese Hat

Option 1: Full day Halal Food

Full day Halal Food program is special program design for people who want to discover Vietnamese Halal Cuisine in one day following our master chef’s instruction. You will learn 9 dishes. You can choose whatever dishes in Vietnam and send for us we will show you how to make nice halal food or we will give you 9 famous dishes from us

The class starts at 7:30am and finish around 5:00pm

Option 2: Half day cooking class

Half day cooking class is special program for people who want to give the best souvenirs for friends and family by cook some nice healthy Vietnamese Halal dishes for them  .You will cook 4 dishes.. You can choose whatever you like in Vietnam and send for us

Half day cooking class we provide 3 options

• Morning section: 7:30am -1:30pm
• Afternoon section: 11:30am -5:30pm
• Evening section 2:00pm -8:30pm
