Be Farmer and Master chef in one Day in saigon

Start at 7:30am in your hotel reception . It takes around 45 minutes to one hour on the A/C Car .We will explore amazing Local market with our guidewhere you seeso   many varieties fresh fruits , vegetables , mushroom , fresh seafood  and many alive stock on the local wet market and see how friendly local sellers that you will not see on tourist market 

after exploring local market around 45 minutes  around 9:40am .We head up to rice paper factory and see how we make rice paper and surprise to see what main ingredients to make rice paper  and  how local life styles  then we move to local cow farm  and enjoyed great time to milk the cow and understanding the whole process to look after our animals .Specially the cow that is main income from 2 million from this  town 

Keeping going the journey At 10:30am .We warmest welcome to HCM Cooking School -HCM organic farm with great fresh fruits from the farm , Aroma Weasel coffee with fresh milk that you collected from local cow farm and enjoy  the best cup of vietnamese cooffee that you never try  in your life Before heading up to be real vietnamese farmer with nice conciat hat , Scissors and Basket to learn more about herbs , Spicy , Vegetables , Mushroom and fruits how to use for medicine and cooking and use your hands to collect all of it for your dishes 

After we finish harvesting the vegetables , fruits and mushroom , you will learn how to make rice paddies and understanding the whole process to mak rice fields and what and why we have to re planting the rice 

Finishing Farming around 11:30am , we start to become real vietnamese Master chef with your appron , own cooking station and own untensil that you need for your dishes . Our Master chef will give you great explain how to make vietnamese food and other cuisines in simplest ways that that no more than 5 minutes in your daily kitchen then you apply what you learn from our chef to be nice fancy vietnamese dishes and the best part is all enjoy it from your labour . we will cook 4 dishes that you can choose from unlimited list from vietnamese dishes and send for us before you book our experience
