Stir fry Fish /Calamari with Xo sauce
Xo sauce
Ingredients
- Lemongrass Minced 1cup
- Onion minced 1 cup
- Ginger minced 1/2cup
- Garlic Minced ½ cup
- Chilli Minced ½ cup
- Fish sauce 4tbsp
- Soysauce 4tbsp
- Oyster sauce 4tbsp
- Chilli sauce 4tbsp
- Five Spicy Powder 1tbsp
- Dry Prawn soaked water for 1 hour 1 cup
- Dry Squid soaked water for 1 hour ½ cup
- Dry salt fish Soaked Water for 1 hour 1cup
- Oil 1 Litre
Method:
- Blanched dry Prawn ,Squid and Fish in The Hot Oil for 3 mimutes
- Drain the prawn ,fish and Squid on the Sides
- Add 1 litre of oil into the wok then saute onion until nice golden colour
- Add lemongrass ,ginger a,garlic and chilli and stir for 2 minutes
- Add all dry fish ,squid and Prawn into the wok .Stir it well
- Seasoning with fish sauce ,sugar ,oyster sauce ,chilli sauce and Five spices powder
- Serve Hot
Stir Fry Fish /Calamari
Ingredients :
- Fish 200gr cut small pieces/calamari score and cut into small pieces
- Carrot 50gr
- Celery 20gr
- Spinach 50gr
- Bokchoi 50gr
- Soysauce 1tbsp
Method :
- Add 2tbsp xo sauce into the wok then add fish/Calamari into the wok and stir well for 2 minutes
- Add all veegetables into the wok and 1tbsp soysauce .Stir well for 1 minutes .Serve Hot
