San Choi Bao with chicken
Ingredients :
+ diced carrot 20gr
+ diced Mushrooms 20gr
+ diced onion 10gr
+ diced capsicum 10gr
+ diced Celery 10gr
+ chicken 100gr minced
+ Lettuce 4pcs
+ fish sauce 2tsp
+ sugar 2tsp
+Oyster sauce 2tsp
+ five spicy Powder 1pinch
+ pepper 1pinch
+ Garlic 1tsp
+ chilli 1tsp
+ oil 1tbsp
Method :
- Add 1tbsp oil in the wok .Then Saute Garlic ,chilli and Onion
- Add fish and prawn Minced into the Work stir Until it cooked
- Add all celery ,capsicum ,carrot ,mushrooms into the work .Mixed well
- Seasoning with 2tsp fish sauce ,2tsp sugar ,2tsp Oyster Sauce ,pepper ,five spicy powder in .Mixed well
- Checking flavour by your Convenient then pour all mixed things into the small bowl with Lettuce under
- Garnish with crush Peanut
