Banana PanCake with Coconut Milk
Ingredients
- Banana thin sliced 100gr
- Coconut Milk 400ml
- Self-Raising flour 200ml
- Egg 1pcs
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Vanilla 1 pinch
- Salt 1 Pinch
Method : Mixed well all ingredients and Place it on Non Stick pan in two sides make sure the colour golden brown
Serve hot with coconut Milk
Coconut Milk 100ml add 1tbsp sugar , 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of vanilla with 1tsp of tapioca . Bring it to boiling until the sauce thickened
