Crab Soup Noodle


  • Crab Meats minced 500gr .Soaked in the water and strain it to get 2 litre of crab water
  • Tomato sliced roughly 50gr
  • Pinapple sliced roughly 50gr
  • Coriander finely chopped 50gr
  • Fish sauce 3tbsp
  • Soysacue 3tbsp
  • Sugar 3tbsp
  • Mushroom powder 1tbsp
  • Garlic 1tbsp
  • Annato seed Oil 2tbsp
  • Bean sprout 50gr
  • Rice noodle 200gr

Method :

  • Saute garlic with tomato and pineapple into the wok then add fish sauce ,sugar ,soysauce ,mushrooms powder and all crab water into the pot .Slow cooked until boiling ( do not make crab soup boiling much , you will loose all the crab meat on the top )
  • Serving
  • Add bean sprout and noodle into the Bowl
  • Add crab meat cake on the Top and crab soup cover noodle
  • Garnish with black pepper and coriander

  • Ingredients
  • Crab Meat 50gr
  • Egg 2pcs
  • Tapioca 2tbsp
  • Self raising 2tbsp
  • Fish sauce 1tsp
  • Sugar 1tsp
  • Oyster sauce 1tsp
  • Black pepper 1pinch
  • Oil 1tbsp


  • Mixed all ingredients together except the oil
  • Add oil into the hot pan and slow cooked for 5 minutes in each sides
  • Serve on crab noodle soup
