Wonton Soup with with Tofu
Ingredients :
- Wonton Skin : 4pcs
- Fried tofu Minced 100gr
- Garlic 1tsp
- Soysauce 1tsp
- Oyster Mushroom powder 1tsp
- Five Spicy Powder 1pinch
- Pepper 1 pinch
- Coriander minced 2tsp
- Sugar 1tsp
- Salt 1pinch
- Mushrooms Fungus Minced 10gr
Method : Mixed well togeteher and Wrap up with Wonton Skin
Soup :
- Water 200ml
- Soysauce 1tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Oyster Mushrooms powder 1tbsp
- Salt 1pinch
- Carrot flower 4pcs
- Oyster Mushrooms 2pcs
- Bok Choi sliced 20gr
- Back pepper 1pinch
- Garlic 1tsp
- Chilli 1tsp
- Coriander and Spring Onion Chopped 1tsp
- Oil 1tbsp
Method :
- Add oil into the pot then saute garlic and chilli
- Add 200ml water into pot bring it to boiling
- Add wonton into the water
- Seasoning with 1tbsp soysacue sauce and 1tbsp Sugar and 1 Pinch of Salt and 1tbsp mushroom powder
- Add bok choi ,carrot and Mushrooms into the pot
- Ganish with Coriander ,spring onion and Black Pepper
