Sticky Rice cake with mango/banana

Ingredients

  • Sticky rice 1kg soaked over night
  • Mung Bean 200gr
  • Right mango / banana 1/2kg sliced small pieces
  • Sugar 2tbsp
  • Salt 1pinch
  • Vanilla 2 pinches
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Peanut 2tsp
  • Sesame 2tsp

Method :

  • Add sticky rice  and Mung Bean on steamer in 15 minutes then take it out and Mashed it until smoothly then divide it into small portion
  • add mango/banana with 2tsp peanut 1tsp sugar and 2tsp of sesame then mixed well together
  • Place 1 portion of sticky rice and make it flat then add 1 tsp banana filling into it and make it like the ball .keep doing until finish
  • Add sticky rice in deep fryer/oven or steamer
  • Add coconut milk, salt and vanilla with 1tsp tapioca flour. bring it to boiling until the sauce thick
  • Add the coconut Milk on the top of sticky rice ball

Place fresh slice mango/banana on the top of sticky rice. Garnish with peanut and sesame
