Vietnamese Vegan Fried rice wrap with Lotus leaf
Ingredients
- Lotus leaf 1pcs
- Carrot finely diced 50gr
- Papaya finely diced 50gr
- Onion finely diced 50gr
- Celery finely diced 50gr
- Capsicum finely diced 50gr
- Garlic 2tsp
- chilli 1tsp
- Soysauce 2tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Lotus seed option 50gr cooked
- Rice 1 Cup cooked and put it overnight in fridge
- Black pepper 1/2tsp
- Spring onion 1tbsp finelty chopped
- Oil 1tbsp
- Turmeric 1tsp
Method :
- add oil into the wok ,Saute garlic and chilli then add all vegetables into the work except spring onion then stir for 1 minute
- add rice into the wok .Stir until it hot add turmeric ,soysauce ,sugar , black pepper and spring onion .stir for 10 second then put into the lotus leaf .
- wrap it up and put on the place .cut lotus leaf out and serve
