Egg Coffee

Ingredients

• Egg 2pcs
• Coffee powder 40gr
• Hot water 100ml
• Sugar 1tbsp 
• kumquats /lime 1/2tbsp 
• salt 1pinch 
• Vanilla 1 pinch 

Method :

• Add 40gr coffee powder into filter then add hot water into filter and let it slowly drop coffee into the glass
• Add egg in to the bowl and stir it until it looks white and smoothly and then add sugar ,salt and kumquats /lime and vanilla stir well in one wways then pour on the glass
• add cooffee on the glass . make it look nice 
• serve hot
