Pork Spare rib with coconut milk and herbal sauce
Ingredients:
- Pork spare ribs 200gr
- Coconut Milk 1 cup
- Lemongrass 1tbsp
- Ginger 1tbsp
- Chilli 1tbsp
- Sugar 1/2tbsp
- Cardamom 1pcs
- Cinnamon 1 stick
- Oyster sauce 1tbsp
- Soy sauce 1tbsp
- Fish sauce 1tbsp
- Oil 2tbsp
- Five spices 1/4tsp
- Water 1 cup
Method:
- Add oil into wok then saute garlic ,chilli ,ginger ,lemomgrass and sugar,cinamon ,cardamon until nice colour
- Add pork spare ribs into the pot and stir until change colour
- Add coconut milk and water and all seasoning into pot
- Slow cooked for 2 hour until sauce consistency
- Blanched into hot oil to make spare rib crispy
- Garnish with fresh chilli and coriander on the top
- Serve with jasmine rice
