Stir Fry Vegetables , Mushrooms with chilli and lemongrass Sauce
Ingredients :
- Bok Choi 200gr
- Onion 100gr
- Celery or dragon Bean 100gr
- Carrot flower 50gr
- Spinach 100gr
- Oyster Mushroom sauce 1tbsp
- Soysauce 1tbsp
- Sugar 1tsp
- Five Spices 1pinch
- Black Pepper 1/2tsp
- Garlic 1tbsp
- Chilli sauce 1/2tbsp
- Oyster Mushrooms 50gr
- Lemongrass 1tbsp
- Ginger 1tbsp
Method :
- Saute Garlic ,ginger ,lemongrass ,Onion then add carrot ,dragon Bean ,spinach ,bokchoi
- Add oyster powder ,soysauce ,black Pepper ,chilli sauce ,five spices ,sugar
- Add Mushrooms in last Minutes
- Serve with Jasmine rice
