- Saute garlic, shallot, ginger and lemongrass then add Beef Fillet /prawn/chicken /tofu into wok .Stir well for 30 seconds
- Add 1tbsp fish sauce, 2tsp Sugar, 1tbsp Caramel, 1tsp Salt
- Add All Blanched Vegetables into the Wok .Stir Well
- Checking the flavour By Your Convenient
- Add the Tapioca into the Wok and Mixed well until consistency
- Garnish with pepper on The Top
- Serve with Jasmine rice
