Stir Fry Chicken  with Vegetales in Chilli and Lemongrass sauce

Ingredients:

  • Beef fillet 100gr /prawn 8pcs /chicken 200gr thin sliced /tofu fried cube 100gr
  • Minced Ginger 1/2tbsp
  • Minced Lemongrass 1/2tbsp
  • Minced Garlic 1/2tsp
  • Minced Chilli 1/2tsp
  • Minced Chilli 1/2tsp
  • Pepper 2 Pinches
  • Fish Sauce 1tbsp
  • Sugar 1 Tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1tbsp
  • 1 pinch of Five Spicy Powder
  • Sweet Cabbage or Bokchoi 50gr
  • Carrot flower 20gr
  • Sliced Onion 20gr
  • Celery or Capsicum 20gr
  • Water 50ml
  • Tapioca 1tbsp with Water

Method:

 - Saute garlic, shallot, ginger and lemongrass then add Beef Fillet /prawn/chicken /tofu  into wok .Stir well for 30 seconds  

  - Add 1tbsp fish sauce, 2tsp Sugar, 1tbsp Caramel, 1tsp Salt

  - Add All Blanched Vegetables into the Wok .Stir Well 

   - Checking the flavour By Your Convenient

   - Add the Tapioca into the Wok and Mixed well until consistency

  - Garnish with pepper on The Top

  - Serve with Jasmine rice
