Crispy Chicken wings with Lemon sauce
Ingredients:
- Chicken wings 2 pcs
- Fish sauce 1tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Lemon juice 1tbsp
- Julienne chilli 15gr
- Water 1tbsp
- Tapioca flour 1tsp
- Curry powder 1/2tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
- Tapioca/corn flour for coating
- Five spices powder 1pinch
- Black pepper 1 pinch
- Garlic 2tsp
- Chilli 2tsp
Method :
- Marinade chicken wings with five spices and black pepper then add tapioca flour and place in the hot oil for 5 minutes until crispy and cooked
- In another pan add oil saute, garlic, chilli then add all the sauce into the work and thickened with tapioca
- Bring it to boiling then add crispy chicken wings into the wok. Toss it well
- Serve hot
