Vietnamese Roasted Pork( charsiu)
- Pork neck 300gr
- Fish sauce 1tbsp
- salt 1tsp
- Sugar 2tsp
- Oyster sauce 1tbsp
- Chilli , garlic 2tsp
- Five spices 1 pinch
- Black pepper 1pinch
- Annatto seed powder 1tsp
- Turmeric powder 1tsp
Method :
- Mixed all ingredients together and add 2tbsp oil before BBQ
- BBQ it until colour golden brown and cooked
- Slices thin pieces. Serve with soysauce dipping and jasmine rice
