  • fish fillet with skin  slices 2 inch 250gr
  • Fish sauce 1tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1tbsp
  • Sugar 1tbsp
  • Garlic 1tsp
  • Chillli 1tsp
  • Lemongrass 1tbsp
  • Ginger 1tbsp
  • Dill minced 1tbsp
  • Vietnamese mints /coriander mince 1tbnsp
  • Turmeric 1tsp
  • curry powder 1tsp
  • Five spice and black pepper 1 pinch

Method :

  • Mixed well together and rest .30 minutes
  • Add 1tbsp oil into the fish then place it in hot pan 30 second in  each side . serve on the noodle, julienne cumber .mints   and fish sauce dipping (5 finger salt,sweet,sour,no flvour and spicy)
