Inmgredients

  • Pork neck 200gr
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Five spices 2pinches
  • Black Pepper 1tsp
  • Prawn 2pcs
  • Mints :20gr
  • Beansprout 20gr
  • Rice noodle soaked turmeric water 100gr
  • Peanut 1tbsp
  • Fried shallot 1tsp
  • Fried Onion oil 1tbsp
  • Soysauce 1tbsp
  • Fish sauce 2tbsp
  • Mushroom powder 1tbsp
  • Onion ,coriander,chilli  for garnish
  • Sugar 1/2tbsp
  • Annatto seed powder 1tsp
  • Curry powder 1tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2tsp

Method :

  • Marinade the pork neck with 1tbsp  soysauce .1tbsp sugar ,1tbsp oyster sauce ,1tbsp fish sauce  ,2pinches of five spices ,1tsp turmeric and 1tsp annatto seed powder and 1tsp garlic and shallot . Rest for 1 hour
  • Pan-fried it in the oil until the colour golden brown then add water cover it and simmer for 30 Minutes then take the pork out and sliced it into thin Pieces
  • The soup season with 1tbsp fish sauce ,1/2 sugar and1tbsp Mushroom powder
  • Blanches the prawn until it cooked . take shelf off
  • Blanched noodle with bean sprout then add it into the bowl with some fried onion oil
  • Place the pork the prawn and garnish with coriander ,spring on the top
  • Pour the soup into the bowl and serve well
