Bitter Melon Soup stuffed with Pork and Mushrooms
Ingredients for Filling
- Pork Minced 200gr
- Black Chinese Mushroom Fungus 200gr Minced
- Garlic 1tsp
- Chilli 1tsp
- Fish sauce 1tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1tbsp
- Five spices 1 pinch
- Black pepper 1/2tsp
Method:
- Add All ingredients together and rest for 10 minutes
- Bitter Melon soup
- Bitter melon 5 pcs
- Water 2litre
- Fish sauce 2tbsp
- Mushrooms powder 2tsp
- Salt 1tbsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
Method:
- Open the bitter melon and taking all inside the melon out then stuffed the pork and mushrooms inside the bitter melon until full the melon
- Do exactly like that until you finished all the filling
- In another pot. Saute garlic and chilli and add 2 litre water and all bitter melon stuffed into the pot
- Slow cooked for 1hour and refilling for 2 litre
- Seasoning with fish sauce, sugar and salt, mushoom powder
- Serve Hot
