Ingredients

  • Duck fillet cut cube 200gr
  • Coconut Milk 1 Cup
  • Curry Powder 1tsp
  • Tumeric Powder 1tsp
  • Mashed lemongrass 3pcs
  • Annato seed oil 2tbsp
  • Fish sauce 1tbsp
  • Soysauce 1tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1tbsp
  • Sugar 1tbsp
  • Five spices 1/2tsp
  • Water 1/2litre
  • Chilli 1tbsp
  • Garlic 1tbsp
  • Ginger 1tbsp
  • Lemongrass 1tbsp
  • Potato diced cubes 50gr
  • Carrot Diced cubes 50gr
  • Coriander Minced 1tbsp
  • Black Pepper 1tsp

Method :

  • Add annato seed oil into the Pot then saute garlic ,chilli ,ginger ,lemomgrass ,mashed lemongrass ,cinammon ,cardamon until nice colour
  • add Duck and fish sauce ,sugar ,soysauce ,oyster sauce ,five spices into the Pot and Stir it well until chicken change colour
  • Add coconut Milk and Water Simmered for 40 minutes
  • Add Potato and carrot into pot and simmer for 10 minutes
  • Garnish with coriander and Black pepper
  • Serve with noodle or bread
